Our organisation has successfully developed an internal product designed to streamline health tracking for individuals in the UK, employing a sophisticated Personal Health Records system integrated within a hospital trust. To enhance our product, we are introducing a robust module focused on creating and distributing questionnaires, accompanied by comprehensive statistical insights derived from patient submissions.

The challenge

  • While we've implemented questionnaire sharing in previous projects, this endeavour presents unique challenges.

  • The new module must be exceptionally modular, user-friendly, and adaptable to seamlessly interact with other components within the product.

  • It must also encompass a wide array of potential questionnaire formats.

The solution

The user flow marks a significant milestone for our team, serving as compelling evidence that we are well-equipped to visually develop a comprehensive appointment system. We meticulously mapped out all potential scenarios, both positive and negative, on the Miro board, ensuring a clear and detailed representation of our project.

Effortlessly navigate through a variety of question types, including Multiple Choice, Statement, Picture Choice, Yes/No, Rating, Likert, and Dropdown. Sections, along with opening and closing statements, are seamlessly integrated for improved organisation.

Every card features an icon, question name, and a concise description. For each active card, options for duplicating, adjusting settings, and deleting are available.

Conditional question

For added functionality, each question type can be configured with a conditional question. For dropdowns, individual options can be linked to specific conditional questions.

Sections for better grouping
